Finding the perfect yoga studio is like dating, you go through some duds before you realize that your SOL mate is right in front of you (sorry, I had to.)After trying a few spots around town, I kept going back to Sol19 because they are locally independently owned (yay for keeping money in your community) and have classes I personally like to take at the times that are convenient for me.I must say for those who are new to yoga - The vibes in the studio are body inclusive and genuinely welcoming. I visited Sol from Indianapolis for a Rocket training and had the best experience. The trainers and students were all welcoming and knowledgeable. I learned so much in the time that I was there. If I lived in Colorado, this would be my home studio.

Sol19 is not just a studio—but a community. As an independent studio, they can offer broad selections of classes as well as provide opportunities for greater depth in the physical practices and the spiritual traditions of yoga.The teachers are excellent; the teacher training is top-notch.
