Adrian at 3model did an amazing job repairing a malfunctioning gutter and repairing some subsequent water damage. He really helped me come up with a cost-effective solution that works great. He was very professional and I will be calling him in the future with other projects. Highly recommend! 10/10

Always professional, attention to detail is above and beyond! Excellent communication and quality of materials used is superb.The next time we need to do some more renovating, we will certainly be using them again!

We used Adrian and his team for a full bathroom, bedroom, and closet remodel. Overall, the project from initial discussions to project wrap took about a year, with the actual remodeling work taking about five months (and we appreciated him staying late to meet deadlines before the holidays). Adrian's expertise and consultative approach throughout the process was very helpful, as this was our first remodel of this scale. We're very happy with the final product of the work: there is a high attention to detail in both the structural and finishing components of all of the work.
