Pro Service Company is a very knowledgeable and professional business. Marvin has been great to work with and is more focused on keeping customers than making a quick buck. He provides very valuable advice over the phone for free, saving customers hundreds of dollars on service calls. One customer called about a boiler, and though there was an initial communication issue, Marvin later spent an hour reviewing photos and giving advice. Another customer had a water heater installed seamlessly, and years later, Marvin helped troubleshoot an electrical breaker issue over the phone. For a shower squealing problem, he coached the customer through the fix instead of charging for a service call. When a DIY faucet replacement led to a cracked pipe on a Saturday, Marvin guided the customer through text, pictures, and voice to repair it with clear instructions. The company offers impressive and quick service, and customers trust Marvin for any plumbing job. Honesty is the best policy, and customers are glad to have a company they can trust.
Called and asked for service on my boiler. They said they would call me back and schedule a time. They did not. I called again and got the same. They could be great, but I will never know......
Update 09/03/25 - Marvin called back. The email got bounced and that caused the SNAFU. By that time I already had gotten someone else. But when I had a question about proposed equipment, I called Marvin. He spend an hour with me on the phone reviewing my photos and provided very valuable advice. For free. I would recommend Marvin for any boiler job you have. I trust him.
Marvin has been great to work with. I think he’s more focused on keeping customers than he is making a quick buck. Twice now he gave me great advice over the phone and saved me a service call. I’m a customer for life.
I can't say enough about Marvin and the service I have received from his company over the years. Before I was even a customer, he spent time with me on the phone to help me make the right decision about the type of replacement water heater I needed. Then a seamless, smooth installation. 4 years later, when it stopped heating, he got on the phone again to help troubleshoot, and guided me to fix an out-of-alignment breaker in the electrical box. Glad we have people, and companies, we can trust.
