I would give Family Pet Hospital 20 stars if I could. They are absolutely incredible. We've been taking our kitties there for years and I cannot possibly say enough nice things about them. Every single interaction I've ever had there has been great. There has been more than one occasion when they snuck us in right away due to an emergency. When one of my kitties passed away recently, we received a handwritten sympathy card signed by their entire staff-- so far and beyond the call of duty. Their employees are all so kind and helpful-- not just the doctors, but the techs and front desk staff as well. We have 2 cats. We have an older ornery cat and a young shy cat. Young cat was sick for some time with no explanation of why. We were convinced that his food was irritating him because he would be sick then not sick after taking him into the vet almost every three weeks. Finally we met with Dr. Dedolph and she highly recommended an ultrasound (very expensive.) We were weary about it until finally our cat finally got so sick that we rushed him over on a Friday and had them bring in the ultrasound tech. Best vet experience I have had in a long time. I've taken my little Frenchie to the vet many times to check for a UTI at another vet. Told she's fine... still having the same issues dr. Dedolph showed me what was wrong! Something I would have never known if not shown. So happy to have a vet that cares! ❤️ two happy pups!
