I called for consultation regarding my sewer line backup. Jason showed up the next day and spent a couple of hours with a camera, etc., examining the system. He figured out what the “rooter” guys had missed. We spent some more time and learned of many damaged sections of pipe in this 60+ year-old system. I was given a range of bids, agreed, and the crew showed up the following morning. I was shown all the problems as they were uncovered, and 110-feet of line was replaced that day. The final bill was at the low-end of the range and all the people were knowledgeable and friendly. We found your crew hard working ( under extreme heat conditions) considerate, careful, and competent as well as attentive to detail and communicating their intentions and objectives . They restored the work site and cleaned up above our expectations. Thank Roger, Jose, Josh and Nathan for us, please
