Our nearly 30-year-old water heater finally gave out, and Mike was fantastic to work with! He was able to get us on his schedule within a couple of days, and while we were waiting, he gave us helpful advice over the phone since our house is older (1910) and the water shutoff valve to the hot water heater had rusted open (yay galvanized pipes...).
When he arrived, he was right on time, friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Mike was very responsive even on a weekend! He kept us informed at every step from estimating, new water heater options and arrival times. He made some improvements during the installation without additional charges. I would give him 6 stars if possible. Oh and I forgot to mention he was 40% cheaper than some of the bigger name companies!
When our aging tankless water heater started leaking all over the floor, we were worried that it might be time to replace the whole thing. And because the valves to turn if off were stuck, I had to turn off all of the house water until we could get it fixed. Luckily I found these guys. Within a couple hours we were trouble shooting by phone and text, and I was lucky enough to get them in to look at it the next morning.
