Theresa was very careful in her advice. She guided me through the verification process for ID.me so I could investigate my filing status and history on IRS gov. She researched and double checked everything. She's positive, friendly and knowledgeable. She also helped me for free since the Turbo Tax software caused the original problem. I would highly recommend working with her.
Theresa was the best! She was very personable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was under the impression that I probably owed money, but she was able to find credits I was unaware of which resulted in a nice refund instead!
I highly recommend TurboTax-Twin Peaks, Longmont and working with Theresa!
