I am responding to Emily L 1 star review of Dec 2023. This woman blasted this veterinarian all over next door and basically tried to destroy his reputation, encouraging others to help close his practice. I think that is really awful considering this is a wholistic vet and this woman brought her animals there for vaccinations. Did she not research the practice first? Seriously? I do not appreciate others trying to destroy a person because they, themselves screwed up. NOT right on so many levels. I am not anti-vax, I am pro-choice and pro- reasonableness. Emily needs to grow up and accept responsibility for her actions.

Great vet with alternate medication options for our senior dog with cancer. They removed her growths for less than half of what CSU Vet school wanted! Prescribed natural cancer prevention & immune boosting nutrients. It's been 6 years since her first growth was removed! Traditional radiation treatments estimated she'd have a yr 6 months after treatment!? She's still in good spirits!

I'm so glad I decided to take my dogs to a new vet and found Dr. McCluggage. He and his staff really care about animals and operate like an animal health practice and not a business like most vets do now IMO. He takes blends holistic and traditional western approaches such that medicine is preventative when possible and modern when necessary. This is a long drive for me but I'd drive many times as far to get the care they provide for my dogs.
