Shawn was professional and helpful. There were issues with the supply chain and he continued to advocate for our tile project. He also set us up with a great installation team. We are happy with the results. We have used Carpetmasters previously and will continue in the future.

Really enjoyed our experience with Carpet Masters. Shawn came in to do our measurements and helped us understand a little more about the process of carpeting and the pros and cons of different fibers. We were able to go in the same day that our measurements were taken and pick out potential carpets and the rest of the staff was very knowledgeable. When we asked for more information about two options Shawn reached out to the suppliers to get the exact info we were looking for. We truly appreciated Shawn’s efforts to always get back to us as quickly as possible and the rates were extremely competitive for everything we looked at.
