We recently had all new flooring installed in our condo and couldn’t be more pleased. The selection process with Mr. Shore was easy and fun, the wait time was short, and the installation was professionally and expertly done. We selected a hickory wood pattern Coretec for the majority of the area, an ocean pattern Coretec for the bathrooms and laundry room, and carpet for the bedroom. The installation was flawless, and Mr. Shore checked in frequently to make sure that we were satisfied. All details were handled by the company, such as moving toilets for the install. Thrilled with the carpet we ordered with Regina at the Longmont store and could not be more satisfied with the installation. Carpet Exchange has exceptional staff and they pay outstanding attention to detail; start to finish. The installers showed up on time and did a fantastic job. We love our new carpet!

I can't say enough good things about Carpet Masters, but especially the sales associate Regina there! We were looking for carpet for our basement reno and were incredibly overwhelmed. Regina was extremely patient with us as we ordered a million samples and asked a million questions. When we did finally order we changed our minds last minute on the color and Regina was able to cancel the order, create a new order with the color we wanted, and keep our install date within a few days of our original goal.
