Staff isn't trained properly to set up online access or access to their PBT app for premium and all tier members. The only way you can utilize the app is by Having a staff member set up You're credentials/ account for you. I just want to point out Without credentials to the PBT app you cannot access your offers, your Discounts on lotions, or participate in the premium rewards program, nor are you able to book appointments ahead of time on a busy day. Amazing service and the equipment is all brand new, super clean, and feels like I'm in the future sitting in these high tech tanning beds. They have some that talk to you!The staff is awesome and has really made me feel welcome. I asked alot of questions when i was lookikg into the service and they walked me through everything and got me set up. I'm still new to the tanning but would HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here. I'm already getting compliments on my tan and loving it!

Ellie at At The Beach is wonderful! She is always so welcoming when I come in, so knowledgeable about all the beds and lotions, and knows exactly what to sell for different skin types and needs.
