I like this company. The first time I called Easy Rooter Plumbing was in 2015 and it was after 2 other plumbing companies did not fix my problem. This time I had help within an hour even though it wasn't precisely an emergency and the cost was very reasonable. Competent and experienced plumbers have come each time I called, this time it was Mikey Gilbert. I rarely do reviews, but Easy Rooter (and Mikey) deserve it. Service, Quality. Value.
I’ve hired DiNallo’s Designs and Elisa Dinallo for several projects at my house in downtown truckee. My windows and proximity of neighbors created some privacy challenges and she found the perfect window coverings that fit my needs and made all the difference. When I was ready to paint the interior Elisa found just the right paint colors to add light and a beach vibe that I craved. She listens and works with you with an intuition that makes renovation and change fun!
TDF is not a dance studio...it is family! The community, friendships and positive environment that our daughter has found there have been life giving! And she's become an excellent dancer! Our teachers are tremendous at balancing challenge with encouragement to push dancers while building their confidence, character, and skills. Standards are high but dancers are given the support needed to reach those expectations.
1.) This place is not a dispensary so people complaining about them not having weed makes no sense…
2.) The doctor who runs the place was very kind and helpful. I went on their website to make an appointment, and she called me back as soon as she got back to the office. The doctor serves an excellent service to her community.

Shelly was truly the kindest sweetest lady today. I popped in to see whether Lumiere might have a quick slot for a shampoo (I fell over 3 days ago and the doctor told me I could not get the wound on my face wet). She gave me a wonderful gentle shampoo and followed it with a hairdry. I truly felt a different person. This was despite the salon being totally booked. Thank you Shelly.

I had an AMAZING experience at this beautiful, airy, relaxing salon! I was so anxious walking in the door because of what I had done to my poor hair. Stylist/owner Kim Ochoa took me under her wing so that I left feeling and looking 100% better! Before I went to Neve, I had damaged my hair over the past three years with several home bleach attempts, and awful DIY cuts. I felt so ashamed of my hair that I didn't want to go to a salon in Santa Cruz, my hometown, but I finally decided to give Neve a try during our annual family trip to Tahoe. Kim treated me with total compassion, and she took the time to discuss my future hair goals so that I felt empowered to take better care of my hair. I love having long hair, but my ends were so damaged that I wanted to start fresh and Kim cut them off, fixing my jagged layers into a short cut I'm happy with until it grows back to my regular shoulder length! I'm thrilled I found this salon, and I'm beyond grateful the prices are affordable, too! I had such a great appointment that I will wait until I can visit Tahoe again just so I can have Kim do more magic on my hair!

I'm in love with my hair cut and the service was awesome. I had been having trouble finding a stylist who was proficient with short pixies/ mens cuts (and I didn't want to go to a barbershop), so I am really glad I booked with Katy because she nailed it! This is also the only salon in town I know of that will do vivid and fun hair colors, so that's a huge bonus for those of us who like to do something a little wild every now and then.

I went in for a facial yesterday. Valerie recommended a light peel. I am absolutely blown away with the results. I never expected a total transformation of my face. Lightning Lock & Key provided excellent service from start to finish. Dean was great to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. I called multiple times to discuss the project, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explain exactly what I needed to purchase before the appointment.

Brown Bear installed a Bear Box for us in time for us to make use of a grant from Placer County. It kept snowing, but they made it out in time. It was installed professionally and right where we wanted it, saving our trees. We had one issue, and they were out the next day fighting 4th of July traffic to correct a simple issue we had missed. We called and were able to schedule a service at exactly the time we wanted. Joe, the company owner, came to inspect the cabin and perform a treatment for carpenter ants. I have never met anyone as knowledgeable and effective in communicating the issues and solutions. No upselling on quarterly treatment schedule. Cost of service was $100 less than quoted on phone because it involved less than expected. Detailed documentation of services provided on web portal. Will 100% engage again for suggested annual treatment.
The problem with bedbugs was solved effectively. Everything was done neatly. The service was at a high level. I recommend.
Great work! The communication and scheduling was seamless. I felt like this company had qualified staff and understood tree health in addition to defensible space management. Pricing was fair and beat quotes from others who had no arborists or specific training on tree health. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My personal experience is 100% positive. Dr. Delaney has great tenacity and insists on perfection. My daughter previously was very resistant to go in for dental care. Now that we are with Sierra Crest Dental, she is so comfortable with all staff there is zero resistance! My husband has recently joined this dental practice.
Appointments are consistently taken in for treatment on time. Greeted personally and treated respectfully. As a patient I've always been made fully aware of any conditions with suggested treatments plans and costs.

Mike is a Tahoe local who understands all the action sports we do here. He himself is an avid mountain biker. He has really helped with my numerous injuries.
My orthopedic surgeon had been giving me shots in both of my shoulders. He wanted to do repair surgery on my right shoulder and a complete replacement of my left shoulder. I sent my MRI reports to Dr. Triestman. He read them and shook his head.

Hands down best yoga studio in truckee! (And I’ve tried several.) Classes are taught by the best instructors in town. The space is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, fostering community. The studio also offers dance, meditation, Pilates, and workshops. Great value, especially if you buy a class pack. I love the extra little touches they add like giving you a cool towelette during savasana.
I always leave my massages with Emily feeling much more aligned and relaxed. Emily is incredibly strong and always know what areas of my body need the most work. She is very knowledgable about anatomy and and how to unlock tension and tight muscles. She is an incredible bodyworker I'd highly recommend for any body needs.
I can’t say enough about Aloha massage, Zoe is a true practitioner and a master of her craft. I’ve had massage from most of the places in town over the last 15yrs for a variety of injuries and I can say without a doubt that she is the most knowledgeable and amazing therapist I’ve ever been to!

Fantastic massage! My back is pretty messed up from adrenaline junkie snowboarding lol. The masseuse listened to my concerns, began the massage gently and then hit all the right spots! Gabe is incredibly intuitive, offers a multipronged approach to real sustained healing thru leading evidence based approaches. In this past year he has helped me heal from elbow tendonitis from mountain biking, torn ankle tendons/ligaments from falling on ice, iliotibial band syndrome causing severe knee pain (from overuse running/riding ect), and adhesive capsulitis “frozen shoulder”.
