I contacted Easy Rooter Plumbing after another plumbing company told me that they couldn't clear a clog that was causing water to back up between my kitchen and bathtub. The "other" plumbing company told me that I would need to have the pipes hydrojetted. Ryan Frankovich from Easy Rooter brought the hydrojet to my house but did his due diligence by running a cable first. Apparently, he used a slightly wider cable and well...that did the trick. Ryan cleared the clog and also cleared the clog in my bathroom sink. He even addressed the crazy angling and curving of pipes under the kitchen sink, to make water flow easier. We had a clogged sewer sump (1st level) level on Christmas Eve. Called Easy Rooter. They had a technician out within 3 hours. Mikey was awesome. Fixed the blockage within a couple of hours. Saved Christmas! didn't have to deal with sewage smell in the house and our guest were able to use the showers and bathrooms. Given it was Christmas Eve, the emergency charge was beyond reasonable. Our leach line collapsed and we had to have a new one dug. We called Easy Rooter because we have used them before to pump our septic tank. Matt and his crew came out as promised at 7:00 AM on Monday and were gone by 2:00 PM the SAME day!!!! The leach line was completed and they saved our pine trees and everything!!! The left over dirt and rock were put where we wanted it and smoothed out wonderfully! They were true to their word about the price quote, it was not a penny more!!! I highly recommend them!!
