“I had a great experience with Dena and Liz. I booked my appointment one month early before my trip, Dena called me and explained their process and logistics over the phone and sent me a confirmation after our chat. 1 day before my trip, Dena emailed me to confirm our appointment and called again the next day to make sure I understand how my dog will get picked up. Liz was our dog Walker for the day, she met with us on time to pick up my dog and took care of her for a day. She sent me texts, pictures and a video for status update throughout the day. At the end of the day, my dog returned to us on time as a happy and tired pup. I would definitely use this service again next time when we are in Truckee.“
