Julie was amazing. I showed up after 6 days of back pain looking for relief. I felt stiff and achy. She was very knowledgeable about how the body connects and moves. She gave me a thorough massage at the perfect pressure to relieve my tension. She was in tune to my feedback to help judge where to work. I left feeling so much better.
Julie is such a talented therapist with plenty of experience. I had a muscle spasm from snowboarding and she squeezed me into her schedule and helped me to get going again. She gave me some excellent tips to help me stay healthy, and I left feeling great.
Julie is amazing. I've had massage sessions at fancy spas in the bay area and Sacramento and Hawaii on vacations... and Julie is by far the best. She communicates regarding your wants and needs, and sensitive areas or injuries, etc... and she checks in regarding pressure or pain, etc as she goes along. I felt like she didn't miss a spot and she worked out ALL of my knots and strained muscles that come from working an 8 hour day at my computer followed by being a mom of 2 little ones every other minute. And she's so nice! I'm definitely booking again.
