Derrick and Amber installed engineered hardwood in our entire Truckee home. There were some understandable delays along the way due to heavy snow, but they worked weekends and evenings to catch up from the inclement weather and complete the project by Christmas. We were very pleased with the result and the creativity they used in the layout. Their pricing was very fair and we were very pleased with the result. This review is being done 8 months after installation and we have had no problems with the floor, and feel if we did Derrick and Amber would address it right away. I cannot recommend this flooring company enough. They have been so easy to work with, have accommodated our schedule and the results were fantastic. Derick made the whole process really easy and worked with us to make sure that we had the results we were hoping for— highly highly highly recommend.
We used Derick, Amber and Ramon to install new floors in our Truckee house. We couldn't be happier with the result. Our new LVP floors are beautiful. We got quotes from 3 local vendors and Derick had the best pricing and was much more knowledgeable than the other vendors, recommending a much thicker premium LVP plank. When we asked Derick and Amber to come back to fix some small details after the project was completed, they did not hesitate and provided great service and great craftmanship. Highly recommend.
