Excellent Experience!
We called and were able to schedule a service at exactly the time we wanted. Joe, the company owner, came to inspect the cabin and perform a treatment for carpenter ants. I have never met anyone as knowledgeable and effective in communicating the issues and solutions. No upselling on quarterly treatment schedule. Cost of service was $100 less than quoted on phone because it involved less than expected. Detailed documentation of services provided on web portal. Will 100% engage again for suggested annual treatment.

Honest and trustworthy! We had guests at our vacation home complain about bug bites, and panicked thinking we had bed bugs. To make matters worse, we were out of town and unable to get to the property ourselves to inspect it. Paragon was able to come next day and confirm that we did not have any bugs in our home (our guests most likely got mosquito bites). A less honest company could have sold us on an unnecessary treatment. Will use Paragon any time from now on. Thank you!

This company gives excellent service !! I recommend them highly ... especially after I had a very bad experience with TNT, whom I called first.From the ease of scheduling, to the person being prompt and knowledgeable, plus they return phone calls and know what they are doing. Rick Peterson was the representative who came to my house and figured out that I had "velvety tree ants" ... something I had never heard of .... he fixed the problem, explained what he was doing and even gave me his cell phone ... and when I called him the next day with a question, he called me right back .... And all of this for a very reasonable price ! ... this is a fine example of what businesses should be like
