Sean is great. He was prompt, responsive (even over a holiday weekend), and honest. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and clients, and that he wants to do right by them. Despite running into numerous unexpected roadblocks from working on a hundred year old home, they never waivered on completing the project on a tight timeline. Friendly and professional. This just happened today. We were up using the family condo and went out for a little snow play and came back an hour later to discover water all over our hallway. Our toilet picked 5pm on a Sunday to have its wax ring fail. Sean and Manny were able to take care of us - even with having to drive around to get a part on a Sunday night! Manny was super quiet and respectful of the fact that we were just putting our young kids to bed while he was working on the problem. He had it fixed in no time too! Highly recommend them!
