John and his crew did an efficient job fixing the odds and ends that needed fixing on the home inspection list and also did the sewer testing on short notice so the escrow could close on time.I know how slammed contractors are during the summer months especially this year. But he went the extra length to take care of previous clients --he had replaced a worn out living room deck for us-- and we really appreciate that everything was handled efficiently. Thanks guys!

Our realtor gave us a list of businesses she recommended for home services. Greenside Plumbing was at the top of the list. We've purchased 2 homes over the years in the Tahoe-Truckee area and have used John for sewer testing as well as repairing frozen pipes and remodeling a bathroom. His employees are friendly, polite and John always takes the time to share advice on fixes we could do ourselves or things that could be replaced down the line. We appreciate his honesty. John and his crew are great. We had an emergency--boiler and water heater were not working--no hot water and renters were upset. John went over the same day and found leaks. I guess after 20 years these things need to be replaced! He and one of his guys came over the next day and put in a tankless water heater and took out the old appliances. I was happy to hear they don't take them to the dump, but get recycled by people who take scrap metal. Win. Win. Thank you.
