Zoe is absolutely great. I have had a wide variety of massages over the years, including a number from physical therapists. I always prefer PTs because they know the body so well -- there is no feeling like they are randomly trying to find muscles and rub them. Zoe was even better. I felt like she navigated my body and knew exactly where to push, how hard to push, how fast to push, how to positions limbs and how everything is interconnected. She knows what she's doing and the results after just one massage are considerable. Really smart, very effective massage. Bravo.

I have been seeing Zoe once a month and couldn't be happier. I have been on the hunt for a new massage therapist since the pandemic and am grateful that I found Aloha Massage. Zoe asks new clients to fill out a thorough intake from so that she can best suit your needs from the start. She listened to my body, applied the perfect amount of pressure, and was engaging and professional throughout my hour-long session. She also takes all necessary precautions to insure her clients feel safe and comfortable. She clearly knows about the body and how to help you on your road to restoration and happiness! My body and sanity would not be intact without the help of Zoe.

I have lived an adventure filled life and have had some very serious injuries, most of which were exacerbated by the adventures I embraced. My spine is a mess and I have had 6 total spine repairs - 2 of which were procedures to fuse 5 levels in my low back, and one was to fuse 2 levels in my neck. I currently have 6 herniated discs (apart from the fused levels) and moderate to severe foraminal stenosis in my neck. I have a *lot* of neck and back pain. I have had weekly massage therapy for a good 10 years and have years (accumulated) of physical therapy.
