He met me at the property when he said he would, and kept me updated on progress throughout the project. He worked well with our property manager, and his team was thorough and professional.

First of all, I'm the biggest chicken on the planet because the dentist I had as a child did NOT use Novocain - not that uncommon in the 1950s and early '60s. I needed a crown replaced and my regular dentist couldn't see me for quite sometime, so I called KBD and they fitted me in promptly. Unfortunately, the day of my procedure the "crown machine" which mills a crown in the office was out of order so Nick put in a temp. The same afternoon, I got a call that the machine was fixed and my crown was ready so I got it put in the very next day. The whole office demonstrates skill, kindness, compassion, and dedication to the patient experience. Thank you Dr. Shimp, Nick, Cynthia, and Karen. You were all so understanding of my dental PTSD and I couldn't be more grateful or recommend this practice more!
Update - the owner called me after I reached out and was extremely responsive and offered to make this right with a complimentary lymphatic massage at my convenience. Very impressed with that level of customer service response. Feeling much better about this than I did yesterday!
I booked a 90 min. lymphatic drainage massage specifically since I am recovering from breast cancer surgery and have been cleared for that type of massage. Instead, when I arrived I found a massage therapist who was not on their staff list who performed a 90 minute traditional chinese massage instead. Very confused about their practices. Also never received my confirmation email as stated on their website. The massage was great but absolutely NOT what I was looking for at this point in my recovery.
My husband and I had a couples massage today and it was incredible.
I own my own acupuncture/ massage clinic and can be very picky about the work I received. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the little shop upfront is full of great Stones and cards and really lovely art.
The front desk was absolutely lovely both when I dealt with them on the phone and in person.
The Clinic space itself is beautiful, clean, well lit and comfortable.
I saw Nick, he had an incredible touch and addressed all of the issues I was having. I have had some recent surgeries and trauma, and he was extremely gentle and mindful when needed and a bit more aggressive when needed. I both fell asleep and felt worked over which is Exactly what I wanted.
My husband saw Tiffany, and he said she was absolutely wonderful. He felt like she really worked on his issues without it being too much. He said she had absolutely wonderful intuition and used great pressure the whole time.we will definitely be back!
Mini getaway for us in an April 2026. Husband needed to unwind and have some massage time. This place is excellent!! Quickly responds to text with questions you may have. My husband is very very picky about a massage - he was sooo happy. He said Lisa took out all the knots all the tension and listened to him exactly as he said. Super sweet lady he said. I agree. I have been receiving Chiropractic care for 40 years and he has helped me more than anyone. Dr. Smith is the best practitioner of many thoughtful and different approaches that he employs for each visit. I am grateful to have found him here in my winter home.

Matt and Kurt are excellent and a pleasure to work with. They will work hard to get the job done on time, professionally, and with the highest quality. I went with Goodrich excavation to dig a utility trench in a county road and they were phenomenal. The notice to start was late, but they made it work, and took it upon themselves to get some extra materials we needed adjacent to their SoW, setting us up for success. Once I saw their crew in action I knew we were in good hands.

Love this place! Great value for an amazing massage. Not fancy but that’s ok, I’m not looking to pay extra for cucumber water and slippers. Massage therapist really knew what she was doing. 90 minute session helped my back pain a lot.

I’ve been going to Lindsay at KB Nails for several years and she is truly the best! My nails always come out flawless, last without lifting, and she can recreate any design I send her with no problem. She also does my lash extensions, and I couldn’t be happier with how they look and last. Lindsay is reliable, communicates clearly if she’s running late or needs to reschedule, and always makes the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend her for both nails and lashes!
