“Went to The Loft for my sons first haircut by a professional. He is 2 and super duper shy. When we came in, Kelly was finishing up with another customer. When it was our turn, my son was very skittish and it took a good 5-10 minute to coax him over to the chair. She had a super cute Superman cape that he wore. He ended up on my lap. Throughout the hair cut, he went back and forth from being ok to wanting to be done and Kelly was just so patient and caring. She explained what she was doing, wasn't annoyed at all by my sons non compliance from time to time, and gave him the cutest haircut ever! Thanks Kelly and the loft!“
