My husband and I love Balance Holistic! We always book a facial with Valerie when we come to Truckee. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and uses the best products. Her studio is clean, serene, and has ample parking. We would definitely recommend!Services: Skin treatments
Valerie at Balance Holistic Health Spa has helped me love my skin again. Her facials have transformed my rosacea and I’m hooked. She also sells some of the best skincare products, especially for dehydrated, sensitive skin, which is common at this elevation. If I could give Valerie 100 stars I would. She is literally (LITERALLY) the best bodyworker in the entire world that I have ever experienced. She not only is a master of the craft itself, with accurate pressure and deep breathing techniques to release really persistent knots, but she also is incredibly intuitive and able to determine what areas of tension are compensating for other problem areas on the body. She's also just a lovely positive human. I always leave her treatments feeling lighter and happier.
