Beautiful, welcoming studio located at a world class ski resort. The main practice room is very spacious and has stunning views of the surrounding mountains. There are experienced and engaging teachers for a variety of styles - from restorative and yin to more athletic flow classes and even aerial yoga. I had the pleasure of taking a 200 hr teacher training here and it was an exceptional experience. A wonderful place for trainings, immersions, workshops, weekly classes, or to just drop in while you are on a Tahoe vacation!
I was very fortunate to get a massage from Gurdun during a very painful stage of adhesive capsulates (also known as frozen shoulder). Before the session my shoulder was getting worse every day and I was at a point where sleeping and dressing was near impossible. After the first session I immediately felt enormously better and things started slowly improve. Gurdun spent 90 minutes massaging several muscles in my ill shoulder and releasing muscular spasms that were probably caused by capsulates. I leave 3 hours from Tahoe but I honestly wonder if a six hour roundtrip is worth it for getting a massage from Gurdun. Perhaps so, to me she is a miracle worker!
I booked a facial at Everline Spa for my birthday, and it was truly one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful and special. The woman at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. She went over everything with me, answered all my questions, provided sandals for my spa visit, gave me a tour, and showed me to my locker in the women’s locker room. I had my own soft, warm robe and personal toiletries, and the locker room itself was spotless and absolutely beautiful.
I then spent time in the Sanctuary, which was such a peaceful space. They offered hot tea, fruit-infused water, snacks, and comfortable seating with blankets, all while overlooking the snowy mountains, the view alone was incredible. Amanda, my facial masseuse, came to get me and took me to the treatment room. She was professional, polite, and had the most soothing voice. The facial itself was unforgettable and 100% worth every penny.
After my facial, I enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pool, then headed back inside to relax in the sauna and steam room. The sauna had water you could pour over the rocks, and the steam room had the most relaxing essential oil aroma. I also showered afterward and loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided, they smelled amazing.
Since I was visiting just for the spa and not staying at the resort, free valet parking was included, which was a great bonus. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience and made my birthday feel truly special. I can’t wait to come back again.
