“Furnace started to fail during epic winter conditions. Gabe from Heat Tech came out on short notice, and was able to get it running again during his visit. Aside from diagnosing+fixing the actual problem, Gabe made an incidental finding that an important part was missing from my furnace. He also made some recommendations to help my 18 year old furnace with longevity. He reassured me that, with proper care, my furnace still has reliable remaining life, where I was initially anxious that I'd have to replace it on short notice.I also appreciated that I was able to email Heat Tech to request their professional services. You can call or email; website says they prefer the latter. Sandie replied very quickly and offered an appointment, even gave me an approx time window.Everyone I communicated with was kind, professional, and very patient with their explanations. They ordered the missing part already, and will call me when it's ready to be installed. Their rates are very fair for the area. They appear a tightly knit family run business. I also had a great experience with their daughter, Kelly's, professional dryer duct cleaning business, by the name of Duck Queen.Thank you Heat Tech for a great experience.
