I had been working with Connor for 1-2 weeks when I got an MRI result telling me I had a torn labrum, with bursitis in my rotator cuff. I had very limited range of motion, not being able to hold my arm over my head or do a lateral raise without pain. I am a tennis player, and I hadn’t served in nearly two months. However over the following 5-6 weeks Connor worked very frequently with me to get my shoulder back on track. Ray is amazing 10/10 recommended. I had a huge hip surgery I had doctors recommend me doing and he has helped me thus far avoid it. I can’t believe the progress I’ve made with him in many ways. I came from Active Marin and this was 10x better. Do not hesitate to work with him

Ray has helped release my elbow and increase my range of motion. I’m amazed at how much progress we have made in just 3 sessions! His approach is caring and considerate and his experience and skills align with his sense of determination and optimism.
