Our GE wall mount oven failed showing random errors. Called SK Appliance Repair. They were very responsive and quickly set up an appointment for evaluation. Alex, the technician, determined that the oven's control board was malfunctioning. They ordered a new oven control board but GE sent the microwave control board instead, costing Alex an extra visit. Had to wait a few more days until the correct part arrived. During the whole process, Alex explained every detail of the oven diagnosis and made sure the fix was carried out properly.
