While the service tech that came out (Joe) was very nice! I'm confused as to why a heater tune-up was done when it's the time of year that the air-conditioning tune-up should've been done.

I have two heating and two A/C units that were installed by Clark and Rush 17 years ago. I am a member of their annual preventative maintenance program. The units have performed reliably without any major issues over the intervening years. I have found the staff, both in the office an in the field, to be friendly, responsive, and well-trained.

The technician showed up on time. He went up the attic to check the heat pump unit, replaced the air filter, and inspected/tested the outdoor ventilation unit (along with the thermostat). He was knowledgeable and courteous. I suggest the technician take a little time to go over meter readings, work performed and test results with the customer in the future. Overall, I am pleased with the service provided!
