UPDATE - the manager reached out and apologized for any less than great experience. The fact they called directly to address the situation speaks volumes. I will return to see if the service returns to how it started. If so, then another updated review will be necessary.
All depends who you get. Also no guarantee that you get who you book. Multiple poor reviews state bad experiences with certain masseuses, with Owners response that they have a zero tolerance policy for that behavior. Well those individuals are still there. I have experienced similar behavior in my last few visits.
It is a shame, this place opened up and had nothing but good experiences for me and the wife. Time to look elsewhere.

I have come here for about a year and have been absolutely pleased every single time. Casey is amazing! Online scheduling is a breeze. Response is very fast. More importantly, Casey listens to you and then provides honest feedback in a professional manner. Would the fit work with my face/head shape? What coloring options are recommended for my hair color/texture? I have never received so many compliments for my A-line bob! Casey cuts with precision and is consistent every time. Her salon space is lovely, plenty of light, but there's a door that can be closed for more quiet if you'd like. It's taken me at least 5 years to find a new stylist, and I am so happy I finally found Casey!

I just had the best experience ever at Trust Salon. I’ve recently experienced issues with hair growth and have been super self conscious. Chloe was so gracious and knowledgeable as we discussed my options. We did highlights, extensions, and a light trim and I was blown away by the results. I feel much more confident than I did before and owe that to Chloe’s time and skill. I can’t wait to go back!

I stumbled on this nail salon by no choice, as I was as across the street getting oil change where there were supposedly two nail salons but one apparently relocated & the other had their doors locked with the tech just staring at me outside on the phone.
Well this little business took me in, had me wait but not very long (in late Friday even!) and I had 3 techs start the process as the other two had appointments & the last one, who had just finished up, was very attentive, good at details, friendly & funny. I didn't get the young man's name but I would recommend him and I will come back here when I'm in the area which is frequent. I really liked my nails they look like they may last a few weeks.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! From the outside, this place doesn’t look like much, but step inside and it’s gorgeous and clean with relaxing spa vibes. I absolutely love Venus. She is so sweet and super efficient in her work. I've been to 2 other lash artists and my lash retention was the best with her work, hands down (plus I have oily/combo skin). You can tell how much she loves her craft by the time and effort she puts into your lashes and her supplies. My first set lasted me through my humid Hawaii trip, no problem. The hybrid sets look natural enough where I don't need to wear make up, but also add an extra something to my every day look. Highly recommend Venus!!
I’ve been going to Kirsty for over 10 years and have been impressed with all of the services she has provided. She is an expert in cuts for thin hair like mine. Mine is medium length and I love that she knows all of the tricks to make it look full and stylish. That said, I think her true love is short hair styles, so she is a superstar for short hair too. She is an artist for both cut and color.

Mary is such an incredible hair dresser. She is extremely knowledgeable and is an expert at bridging the gap between what you ask for and what the most healthy and flattering options for you are. Her salon has such a relaxing vibe and chocolate is always available. I was in a rush to get to my event so we didn't get a pic but stay tuned. We needed a quick replacement of our water valves in order to get our new washer installed. Arcadio was able to squeeze us into his schedule within a day and did a great job! He's done several repairs for us and we have been very happy with the results each time.

We came up with a plan for a solution and he was able to execute quickly and efficiently, finishing earlier than anticipated. The repairs are flawless and high quality. Plumbers are the cardiologist of the home. If you’re having “open heart” surgery on your likely most valuable asset (your home), you want nothing but the BEST surgeons. Joey and Aryan are just that. Combination surgeons and artists. They take tremendous pride in their work product. They are meticulous in their planning and execution. Every step of the way they keep you fully informed and take as much time as you need to answer questions and provide options. Extremely likeable guys, and true professionals in every way. At the end of the day, you don’t feel like you’ve been taken advantage of. They are fair and reasonable. This is the third time we’ve had them work on our 1954 built, cement block construction home, which presents many challenges. They over-came them all! This project was by far the most extensive. A complete re-piping from the street meter throughout the entire home, along with a water softener and under-sink Reverse Osmosis water filtration system. Due to the construction materials of our home, much of the plumbing is exposed, in the garage, under the outside awnings and poking through into bathrooms and kitchen. This made their attention to detail and eye for aesthetics especially important. They did not fail to impress. I find myself going into my garage just to stare at their work. It is truly impressive. I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone would be lucky to have a trust-worthy and competent mechanic, accountant, lawyer, physician, electrician and plumber. You can “check-off” the plumber box with Joe Silva and Sons Plumbing.
The tankless hot water heater maintenance service was excellent. The plumber was very knowledgeable about the system. Maintenance was done efficiently without disruption. Hot water performance improved immediately. Highly recommended for tankless systems.

The plumbing plus group was very professional. We had a slab leak and they came and rerouted plumbing. They did a very prompt Repair so that we could get our water back on quickly. We appreciate Jake Berke and Jared Nicholson and the whole team for their hard work.
I called Dependable Plumbing on Friday August 15 and called them for a potential slab leak. They had Diego their tech come out and he was great and accessed it all. It was tied it to my washing machine small leak and avoided a ton of underground work. All solved. Katie was their customer service rep who was very nice and accommodating on a Friday and walked me thru some of the issues. Very very good experience. All professional and their pricing was very reasonable. Didn't feel at all like a corporate upcharge. Highly recommend them for any plumbing work. Thanks again

Mark Snyder Electric was absolutely fantastic for us. Our solar system had been down for over 1.3 years…the ‘other’ company we were using just kept putting bandaid-fixes (that didn’t work). We switched to MSE and instantly we knew what the real problems were, how to fix them, and the cost. Mark’s team went right to work, negotiating with our Inverter manufacturer, and got us back and running in no time. Hands-down thee best solar guys to use!

Micah does beautiful work at a fair price. He refinished three rooms of 3/4” birch wood flooring and charged exactly what he quoted. He is meticulous and there was no dust in my house from the sanding. The finished floors look incredible! I recommend Micah without reservation!

Mario comes with experience and a dedicated crew, during the initial process Mario would brainstorm on ideas, layouts. Then when you're ready will have drawings made up so you can visualize the layout before work starts. We had walls knocked out, rearranged our Kitchen and did flooring throughout the house. Definitely consider Edgewood when comparing quotes with other contractors. Edgewood is great.

I had a retaining wall built in the backyard that had limited access, and they pulled it off as smooth as ever, professional, on time, great communication, and even finished the job earlier than expected. The wall and steps turned out beautiful! I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend this construction company.
We couldn’t be happier with the work California Smartscape did on our landscaping project. Our home sits on a complicated, multilevel foundation and every other contractor declined the project due to its complexity. Andrew and the Smartscape team embraced the challenge and delivered an outstanding design that incorporated all our needs.
The project included a full pool remodel (replacing crumbling 70s brick), new concrete, a safe and modern upper deck off the second story, a refreshed entryway, and a new outdoor living area to replace an unsightly and unusable wooden deck. Andrew’s 3D model helped us visualize the final product and he worked with us to incorporate slight tweaks in the design based on our knowledge of the space.
Smartscape also phased the work so we could prioritize the pool and upper deck first. Leo, our project manager, was incredibly responsive and kept us involved in every decision. The finished pool is stunning with dazzling PebbleTec, modern coping and tiles, and our old jacuzzi was transformed into a luxurious jetted spa with smart lighting. The sleek, modern decking materials not only look amazing but give us peace of mind with everything up to code.
The biggest transformation was replacing the outer wooden deck with a retaining wall and turf, creating a large fenced-in play area for our kids—something we never had before. Now we have space to kick a ball and have outdoor family movie nights.
We started this project trepidatious, knowing that most contractors go over timelines and over-budget, but Smartscape completed everything in just a few months, with expert craftsmanship and within budget. Truly a five-star experience!

I have found their proposals to be straight forward and when requested, their staff is willing to make adjustments to the contract so HOAs are able to get the services they need at a reasonable price. Andrew Cason and his team have done a great job at building business relationships over the years and they treat their customers with care and respect. Their effort is individual to the Association's/Board's needs. They have a great reporting system for property inspections and when issues arise, they are quick to handle the problem and advise Management with photos and text. Responsiveness, attention to detail, friendly customer service, solid reporting - you cant go wrong with Benchmark Landscape!

From the instant I called the Advanced Care Veterinary Hospital, I was consoled and relieved by Maddie's empathy as she scheduled my appointment. When I arrived on Friday evening, I was taken into an exam room right away, and the tech, Sarah, very sweetly greeted my ailing kitty. After taking a history and then sharing it, I met Dr. Maret. I was immediately put at ease by her calm and friendly manner. The physical exam was completed, and all of the staff made sure my kitty was treated with care. High praise for this practice. I am incredibly thankful for the wonder care provided by Dr. Drew and Dr. Schlegel for our dog, Kona. At one point, I really thought we had to put our poor girl down when things became more complicated for her but they literally saved her life.
The staff is truly professional and kind. All the vets there are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about the work they do. The staff, including the front desk clerk and vet techs, were so kind and empathetic to us while Kona was there for over a week. I cannot thank them enough. Thank you for saving my dog! Amazing massage. My back and neck feel a lot less stiff afterwards. Though it did hurt at times so I'll probably ask for soft instead of hard next time just to relax more during. Definitely coming back soon!

UPDATE - the manager reached out and apologized for any less than great experience. The fact they called directly to address the situation speaks volumes. I will return to see if the service returns to how it started. If so, then another updated review will be necessary.
All depends who you get. Also no guarantee that you get who you book. Multiple poor reviews state bad experiences with certain masseuses, with Owners response that they have a zero tolerance policy for that behavior. Well those individuals are still there. I have experienced similar behavior in my last few visits.
It is a shame, this place opened up and had nothing but good experiences for me and the wife. Time to look elsewhere.

I had tried acupuncture several times before with limited and temporary success so I was skeptical of the endorsement a friend gave me to see Pin Lu but I hurt everywhere so I gave her a try. I've never felt better in my life! That was several years ago and I now see Pin Lu on a regular basis. I've had many injuries and problems from my work injuries, lifestyle I led, motorcycle racing/crashing, etc. She's broken down the scar tissue in my shoulders and forearms that used to pain me so much just to move. What a blessing!! There's probably no part of my body that I haven't needed help with the exception of perhaps my nose. I went to her once for my hip, it would lock up and freeze with so much pain after 150-200 feet of walking that I would have to stop and wait a minute to continue. I saw her for it and didn't think too much of it when I left her office that day. When I woke up the next morning it was gone. I mean really gone, I didn't experience it ever again. To me that is a miracle treatment. She is the best acupuncture doctor and therapist I think you will ever find. I've taken friends to see her and recommended her to several others who see her for their issues and all of them have felt better from their treatments. Its hard to find a better recommendation than that. I have just returned from a 3 month trip overseas where I walked between 18-22,000 steps a day visiting the ruins of temples and palaces in Thailand and Cambodia. I could never have done that without her help in getting my hips and legs back in shape. One of the first things I did was book an appointment for her, and her new massage lady Cici, the week after I returned. She was great as always helping to take care of trip a fall injury I had on the trip and then I had Cici work on my legs and back, she was great!! I'm booking another treatment for this week and now that I'm in country again I will start back in with my usual cadence of every other week appointments just for maintenance. I've done a lot of damage to myself over the years and her treatments help me manage all of that along with the massage so that I feel comfortable and healthy all the time. Thank you Pin Lu!!
Amazing. A family friend who is a doctor referred me here. I had never done acupuncture for pain relief and a dentist recommended it for TMJ. I've had aching for a long period following an injury, but the pain increased sharply from extra clenching during a particularly stressful time. After the first acupuncture session, I had enough relief that it felt like a strong ache instead of sharp pain, which was more progress than I anticipated for the first day.Another plus: they take walk-ins. I will certainly return if a similar issues arises.
Jocelyn is absolutely amazing. At every session she reviews how you are feeling, what your pain levels are, etc. I have had lower back problems for a long time and also tendinitis in my right arm. She has made a tremendous difference in my problems. Before one visit I fell and fractured 2 ribs. She immediately started working on my new problem along with my back and helped me to get back to living my life without pain. She is caring and never pushes having more sessions. Now that my pain is under control, she has suggested that I come every 2 or 3 weeks to keep everything manageable. Jocelyn is a real treasure and I would (and have) recommended her to friends and family. You will not regret seeing her for help with your pain.

I have been seeing Dr. Michelle Arnold for a few months now, initially for neck pain and now for a painful bout of tennis elbow. Her clinic feels like a spa, with aromatherapy and lovely heated massage tables. Dr. Arnold is incredibly knowledgeable and the treatments themselves are surprisingly relaxing. I experienced significant relief after just a few sessions for my neck and my tennis elbow is healing as well. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold and acupuncture in general, which was new to me.
