UPDATE - the manager reached out and apologized for any less than great experience. The fact they called directly to address the situation speaks volumes. I will return to see if the service returns to how it started. If so, then another updated review will be necessary.
All depends who you get. Also no guarantee that you get who you book. Multiple poor reviews state bad experiences with certain masseuses, with Owners response that they have a zero tolerance policy for that behavior. Well those individuals are still there. I have experienced similar behavior in my last few visits.
It is a shame, this place opened up and had nothing but good experiences for me and the wife. Time to look elsewhere.

Just got my hair done at Eden Organics Salon and couldn’t be happier. Gino really knows what he’s doing—he took time to listen and totally nailed the cut and color I wanted. I have come here for about a year and have been absolutely pleased every single time. Casey is amazing! Online scheduling is a breeze. Response is very fast. More importantly, Casey listens to you and then provides honest feedback in a professional manner. Would the fit work with my face/head shape? What coloring options are recommended for my hair color/texture? I have never received so many compliments for my A-line bob! Casey cuts with precision and is consistent every time. Her salon space is lovely, plenty of light, but there's a door that can be closed for more quiet if you'd like. It's taken me at least 5 years to find a new stylist, and I am so happy I finally found Casey!

Mine is medium length and I love that she knows all of the tricks to make it look full and stylish. That said, I think her true love is short hair styles, so she is a superstar for short hair too. She is an artist for both cut and color.

Mary is such an incredible hair dresser. She is extremely knowledgeable and is an expert at bridging the gap between what you ask for and what the most healthy and flattering options for you are. Her salon has such a relaxing vibe and chocolate is always available. I was in a rush to get to my event so we didn't get a pic but stay tuned. We needed a quick replacement of our water valves in order to get our new washer installed. Arcadio was able to squeeze us into his schedule within a day and did a great job! He's done several repairs for us and we have been very happy with the results each time.

We came up with a plan for a solution and he was able to execute quickly and efficiently, finishing earlier than anticipated. The repairs are flawless and high quality. Easy and fast. Had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. Called ASAP at 4pm and asked for someone today. They were up front about pricing etc. By 445 William showed up who was great. He figured out the problem and fixed it in no time. Tidied up the under sink pipes while he was at it. Cracked nut, droop etc. Good service and no complaints.
The plumbing plus group was very professional. We had a slab leak and they came and rerouted plumbing. They did a very prompt Repair so that we could get our water back on quickly. We appreciate Jake Berke and Jared Nicholson and the whole team for their hard work.
Huge thanks to Diego at Dependable Plumbing. He responded fast, found the cracked cast iron pipe, and handled both the temporary and final cast iron replacement with great care. Upon a visual inspection he caught another damaged section and fixed it on the spot. Professional, efficient, and very easy to work with.
John was very quick to respond and arrange a visit. He's very good at providing advice over the phone to try and remedy the situation before arranging a visit.
Mark Snyder Electric did a very thorough investigation and repair of many compounding electrical issues in my home and solar system and resolved the problems. Mark went above and beyond with his work and did not charge me for a lot of the time he spent. I appreciate him and his team and will not hesitate to use them again in the future if needed.

From the moment we met Josh and Whitney, it was clear that we were in good hands. Mario comes with experience and a dedicated crew, during the initial process Mario would brainstorm on ideas, layouts. Then when you're ready will have drawings made up so you can visualize the layout before work starts. We had walls knocked out, rearranged our Kitchen and did flooring throughout the house. Definitely consider Edgewood when comparing quotes with other contractors. Edgewood is great.
Remodel Works did a wonderful job on remodeling our back yard! They built a hillside deck wall from scratch and added stone veneer, built custom railings with cables and ipe tops along our hillside steps, and replaced all of our old worn out patio overhead boards with nice new redwood boards. They did a beautiful job and we highly recommend them for any landscape projects. Tony is honest, accessible and great to work with in planning and estimating, and Dan and his crew are very experienced and hard working. Great job!!
Antonio and his Dad did a great job repairing and painting our wood siding in the front of our house. They also repaired and painted drywall in our dining room. In addition, they removed an old fence and replaced our side door. Their work was very professional and we're happy with the work done.

We had a full backyard project with hardscape, landscape, BBQ island and pergola, and pool and spa. We also had a general contractor to build a 450 sq ft ADU. Leo was our “quarterback” for the project and moved the project along as quickly as possible. He made it seamless for us, the owners, and communicated well throughout the whole project. I admire Dr. Matthew Kelchner on his professionalism, effectiveness of treatment, overall patient experience and patient satisfaction. After 8 years of intermittent pain and several second and third opinions, Dr. Kelchner effectively managed and treated my back pain.

When I arrived on Friday evening, I was taken into an exam room right away, and the tech, Sarah, very sweetly greeted my ailing kitty. After taking a history and then sharing it, I met Dr. Maret. I was immediately put at ease by her calm and friendly manner. The physical exam was completed, and all of the staff made sure my kitty was treated with care. High praise for this practice. Thank you to everyone.

I am incredibly thankful for the wonder care provided by Dr. Drew and Dr. Schlegel for our dog, Kona. At one point, I really thought we had to put our poor girl down when things became more complicated for her but they literally saved her life.
The staff is truly professional and kind. All the vets there are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about the work they do. The staff, including the front desk clerk and vet techs, were so kind and empathetic to us while Kona was there for over a week. I cannot thank them enough. Thank you for saving my dog! If I could give 10 stars I would.
Amazing massage. My back and neck feel a lot less stiff afterwards. Though it did hurt at times so I'll probably ask for soft instead of hard next time just to relax more during. Definitely coming back soon!
UPDATE - the manager reached out and apologized for any less than great experience. The fact they called directly to address the situation speaks volumes. I will return to see if the service returns to how it started. If so, then another updated review will be necessary.
All depends who you get. Also no guarantee that you get who you book. Multiple poor reviews state bad experiences with certain masseuses, with Owners response that they have a zero tolerance policy for that behavior. Well those individuals are still there. I have experienced similar behavior in my last few visits.
It is a shame, this place opened up and had nothing but good experiences for me and the wife. Time to look elsewhere.
Haleigh is fantastic! I go to her on a regular basis and each session targets my specific pain points. No one size fits all approach but rather a custom massage for every client. Highly recommend!
I just moved to So Cal and injured my back and knee in the process. I read great things about Janice and she didn't disappoint. She asked about my pains and eased them all away. I almost fell asleep and will definitely be back again. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I got a couples massage here this week. It was excellent. They worked our backs so well. We both work out a lot and were so tight, but they handled it. They did such quality work to loosen up each of us. Very good place to get a massage!!

It seems that they remodeled the spa. It looks classic and the rooms are clean. The new massage therapists are very friendly. After an hour Swedish massage I was so relaxed. I am going to get gift cards for my family. Hope they can enjoy the relaxation too.
Sunny was very experienced, I needed an intense sports massage, she was strong and knew the right places to press to relax my whole body.

I highly recommend Dr Arnold. Her acupuncture treatments helped relieve constant nerve pain in my ankles and feet due to injuries I received mountain biking. Her treatments were relaxing and painless, so much so that I often fell asleep.
Jocelyn is absolutely amazing. At every session she reviews how you are feeling, what your pain levels are, etc. I have had lower back problems for a long time and also tendinitis in my right arm. She has made a tremendous difference in my problems. Before one visit I fell and fractured 2 ribs. She immediately started working on my new problem along with my back and helped me to get back to living my life without pain. She is caring and never pushes having more sessions. Now that my pain is under control, she has suggested that I come every 2 or 3 weeks to keep everything manageable. Jocelyn is a real treasure and I would (and have) recommended her to friends and family. You will not regret seeing her for help with your pain.
