We came across this company at the Poway Spring Festival and had the pleasure of working with Chafik and his team. From the start, Chafik was incredibly responsive, warm, and accommodating, which made the entire experience feel personal.
The crew who worked on our floors and fireplace were detail-oriented, professional, and took great pride in their craftsmanship. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after the project, which we really appreciated.
We highly recommend Chafik and his team to anyone looking for quality work and a more personal touch throughout their project. We’re very happy with the results!
I had such a great experience working with Floor Coverings International! From the very beginning, the process felt easy and personalized. They really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and understand my needs, rather than simply trying to sell me something.
I really appreciated being given different options to choose from, along with honest recommendations and fair, transparent pricing. The entire experience was professional and seamless from beginning to end, and I always felt like my questions were answered and my preferences were respected.

Floor Coverings International did an AMAZING job tiling an area adjacent to my bathroom! They came out the day after I initially called, were professional, knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The installer was absolutely wonderful as well, taking care to do everything just right as if it was his own house.
I definitely recommend this company, and in fact, I already have them scheduled to do a couple more flooring jobs for me!
