He is kind, understanding, and deeply cares about his customers and their families! He also has very competitive rates! If you want flooring, THESE PEOPLE ARE IT!

FCI did a great job installing new tile on our 3 showers. The water now properly flows into the drains and does not leak into the bathroom. Chafic kept us up to date during the whole process. His subcontractor, Jim ,personally installed the floor tile and it looks great!
I would recommend Chafic with floor coverings international in Poway. He serves ALL of San Diego county and honestly the most responsive flooring business I've met since the last time I had to do flooring. His business brings expertise and best in class service to his customers. The best part is that they come to you with their mobile show room so you don't have to leave your house and you can see the samples in your own place. It's hard for me to visualize what a sample may look like when it's not in my house so this is awesome that they do that and let's you decide more easily what you want.
