“This office is great, from the moment that I made my appointment, throughout the exam and even afterward at the time of purchasing my frames they made every step easy for me. Everyone is so kind and valued my input when looking for the right frames to purchase. During my exam my doctor explained the process and even alternative exams I could request if I wanted to and explain what that would look like. In the lobby when I walked in and even when I returned a few months later they were always warm and welcoming and followed up with me and answered my questions. In the same way, Jacob who helped in ordering my eyeglasses was calm, helpful and thorough to all my inquiries. Unlike NORMA who helped me first was rushing me and no patience. When I asked what is her name, she suddenly became courteous and requested to put all the papers in an envelope. Kindness ought to be extended because it is genuine, not merely when being observed. “My optician Kay was excellent to work with. She was incredibly patient and walked me through all of my lens choices in great detail. She even suggested frames they didn't have in stock because she thought they'd be a better fit for me. I really appreciated that she focused on finding the right pair instead of just selling what was on the shelf. She kept everything moving, made sure my glasses arrived before my trip, and was communicative throughout the process. When I went in to pick up my glasses, I saw that she was very patiently serving another customer who needed a lot of assistance — all with a smile. “Dr. Shulkin is wonderful. He’s very thorough and explains each test he is administering. His tools and equipment are top of the line and he doesn’t do the air puff test (which I despise). The cost for my exam is cheaper than other places I’ve been to (after my insurance has been applied). The front office staff is great too.“

My regular doctor was not available and I was panicking to get my exam and glasses covered before insurance ended. Tessie was very communicative, extremely helpful and very friendly.
