I have worked with Benchmark Landscape over the last few years. I have found their proposals to be straight forward and when requested, their staff is willing to make adjustments to the contract so HOAs are able to get the services they need at a reasonable price. Andrew Cason and his team have done a great job at building business relationships over the years and they treat their customers with care and respect. Their effort is individual to the Association's/Board's needs. They have a great reporting system for property inspections and when issues arise, they are quick to handle the problem and advise Management with photos and text. We have worked with Benchmark on a few projects installing turf. They have fantastic customer service, and are easy to work with as a sub contractor. The projects they complete are of the highest caliber and we look forward to assisting with more projects in the future!
