“I got audited by the IRS and Turbo Tax's Audit Guard service set me up with Bob. Am I glad they did. Audit Guard paid for one year but i got audited for another so I am paying Bob for that and he is worth every penny and more. The audit is not over yet, but he has saved my sanity by representing me...I didn't have to go to the examination or deal with the IRS at all, and in our private meetings, he has talked me off a couple of cliffs already. I didn't do anything wrong on purpose, but being ignorant of the rules and slapdash with my record-keeping I had made some pretty big mistakes...but he never made me feel bad about them. Bob is very patient and generous with his time. Things are still in the works and I don't know the result of the audit yet, but whatever happens I know that I will come out better than if I had tried to do it myself -- and SO much calmer!
