“First time got of the worst haircuts I'd had in the last 5-6 years. I had to spend 15 min at home with clippers afterwards trying to make it look better. The young man who cut my hair was very polite and organized, but I had to remind him of my instructions, and ask him to even out the sides, which still ended up uneven and not blended well -- and for $30? No bueno.
UPDATE:After leaving this review the store manager reached out to me with a very nice email and offered to comp me a do-over with a different stylist. So, we'll see how that goes. I added a star for the professional response by the establishment.
UPDATE #2: Had a do-over with Jannea, she did a great job, very meticulous and asked for feedback as she went along. Recently went back for a 2nd cut with her and she remembered what she had done and gave me another good cut. So bottom line is: the stylist here matters, and I can recommend Jannea“
