The office manager, Barbara was wonderful. She helped us schedule an appointment and communicated with us about our scheduled appointment. Jeff the plumber did a great job installing our Moen Flo system. Mike was extremely helpful explaining the app. We highly recommend EPS. They will take care of you. Overall it was a great experience! These guys a are a life saver! They have a team member that used to be an insurance adjuster and usually the pipes that were the problems wouldn't be covered. However, their team was able to get everything squared away and even replace the floors. So much value!
