This is the BEST massage I have ever had in my life. Penny is a professional and knows how to stretch parts of your body that need release. The space is clean, the staff is very kind, and this is the best hidden secret in Poway.

I just got a 90 minute massage here and Bam was phenomenal. I was impressed by her technique, thoroughness, and ability to hit and rejuvenate all the spots that were bugging me. Also, she was incredibly respectful and communicated with me to ask if the pressure was good, etc. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her; I’ve gotten massages at other places before, but this one takes the cake!

Authentic Thai massage that has helped me out of pain time and time again. My wife and I alway go for the 90 minute couples massage. Simple place, nothing fancy but the work is over the top.
