“I am very satisfied and thankful with the service and urgency they had for my baby. She is a 8 1/2 yr old Beagle mix. I came home Wednesday to some vomit... not really unusual for 3 dogs, she then had bubble gut all night. Thursday morning I fed them and left to work... came home to massive amounts of vomit and bloody gelatinous poo. I started calling and could only get an appt. for Monday. Friday i went to work and started calling places in my area, again Monday, no urgency. I work in poway so I started searching here. This is the 1st place I called trying to get an appt for Saturday and was told NO... u need to come now. This is the 1st place that truly showed concern for my baby and its a good thing because she had pancreatitis and her blood work was off the charts high!! They do in-house blood work and Xrs and I feel their prices are very reasonable. Even tho they are 30mins from me, they will be my go to vet care“
“I came to this location based on reviews and recommendations from the Moms of Poway FB group. They were totally awesome with our goldendoodle. The price, customer service, and the entire experience was perfect. We recently moved so we hadn't moved over our vet services and were still driving 45 minutes to visit our old vet because it's so hard to find good veterinary services, it's like finding a good mechanic, you don't know who to trust, they know they have you by the heartstrings when it comes to your beloved pets and you'll pay anything. So to find someone who won't gouge you or say they need a million procedures just to get more money out of you, is very rare in this industry. The bill was even less than I was quoted, it was very inexpensive, every single person that worked there was nice. They saw me there with my two kids and they were kind to them while we waited. It's great to see nice people who enjoy their jobs in this day and age. Since the pandemic it's hard to find people that appreciate working. I love this place, we have officially found our new vet. Take your pets here, you won't be disappointed. :)“

“First appointment under quarantine circumstances could not of been better. Dr Smith called me personally when My cavalier’s exam was completed. He conversed & allowed me plenty of time for questions. We discussed his prior vaccination record & planned future appointments. Professional, Dr Smith & his entire staff were very personable & I left with complete confidence in my Jesse’s care!!!“

“I was referred to Best Friends by my neighbor. I'm so glad we came here. Dr. Rollason is the best. He's compassionate, caring, takes time to explain everything in lamens terms. He consistently gives us options and doesn't recommend unnecessary procedures. The staff has always been friendly and caring. Lifelong vet :)“
