We had a wonderful second experience with this company and they are very professional, explain everything and go above and beyond to ensure everything is done well. Matthew Toohey came to our home the day our water heater was leaking and examined it and went with me to Lowe’s to get the new one and installed and explained everything well and answered all questions. A quote was given before the work begin. We were please they were able to fix it the day we called. Excellent company and Matthew did an excellent job. I would only use them don’t bother using anyone else.
Both the technicians did a fantastic job fixing our toilets both of which had broken flush systems, along with fixing the drainage pipeline connected to our RO system. The only drawback was the follow up after the parts were ordered initially. And I would suppose the overall cost of fixing the issues. I am extremely pleased with the work and I would have given 5 stars if not for the relatively fixable follow up process.
We have always had a great experience with Plumbing Plus. We appreciate how transparent, professional and communicative their staff is throughout the process from scheduling an appointment to the actual repair. Everyone has always been so informative, clear, courteous and respectful.
