Wonderful And kind staff - top notch docs. The clinic was able to see my pup same day and took really great care of her. Dr Shonehouse spent so
Much time with us- explaining diagnosis, Warranted tests and needed procedures. You are all amazing! Thank you!
I truly was caught in a hopeless situation! I felt completely devastated. It was an emergency, and on the very day of my dog’s 12th birthday, they were able to see us immediately, assisted a lot of help, and eased my dog's problem!
Dr. Tracey Carrier and team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and, most importantly, gave me a sense of hope when I had none. I am beyond grateful for the compassion and expertise we received. I will never forget what they did for us. I left with a feeling knowing this clinic is a very trusted place.
Showed up well before my appointment time and did not get seen until exactly 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. No “sorry we’re running behind”, nothing. Unacceptable from the front office staff.
