UPDATE - the manager reached out and apologized for any less than great experience. The fact they called directly to address the situation speaks volumes. I will return to see if the service returns to how it started. If so, then another updated review will be necessary.
All depends who you get. Also no guarantee that you get who you book. Multiple poor reviews state bad experiences with certain masseuses, with Owners response that they have a zero tolerance policy for that behavior. Well those individuals are still there. The 'Head to Toe' massage was incredible. The therapist’s technique is top-notch—they really pay attention to the pressure and make sure you're comfortable. My whole body feels so much lighter now. Best massage I’ve had in a long time.
Best massage I have had in a long time. We started 8 minutes later just getting everything going and so she kept going 8 minutes longer for the full 90 minutes. Very nice, professional staff. Highly recommend!
