“Amazing. A family friend who is a doctor referred me here. I had never done acupuncture for pain relief and a dentist recommended it for TMJ. I've had aching for a long period following an injury, but the pain increased sharply from extra clenching during a particularly stressful time. After the first acupuncture session, I had enough relief that it felt like a strong ache instead of sharp pain, which was more progress than I anticipated for the first day.Another plus: they take walk-ins. I will certainly return if a similar issues arises.“

“I had my first massage by Sarah and was very happy with the experience. I got a one hour body massage and felt so much better afterwards. My massage was super relaxing and helped relieve any tension and stress I had. I even had a light headache before going and it was gone afterwards. Even the next day I felt relaxed.An additional consideration is Sarah has an online scheduler so you can book an appointment so you don't need to wait for office hours to call in and figure out the best time. The reminders are super helpful too.If you are on the fence, I would definitely recommend getting a massage from Sarah. I for one am looking forward to going back.“
