I've gone to Helen's nails for a few months now and while I've been very pleased with her service, I had a different experience this time. I wanted a new nail shape and tried explaining to her multiple times, but she did not try to understand what I wanted until I asked her to file more off. Now I have nails of uneven length (see pic) and they are also shaped differently (also seen in pic). Not sure why the service was different this time. I would've expected as a repeat customer she would've spent more time making the nail shape and length even.

They fit me in without an appointment and were super nice! I got a gel pedicure, my first one in over 3 months due to me backpacking and messing up one of my toe nails.They did an amazing job on my gel pedicure. Love the color, and the foot/leg massage at the end was so nice. The place is clean and quiet, so very relaxing.I was able to have my airpod in and still work while getting my pedicure. :)Services: Pedicure

Helens nails does great job! But they do tend to get upset when you ask price. I think it is in my right to ask price before getting my nails done. I came in for full set nails but accidentally said gel so i got charged for gel manicure then got full set. I guess she misunderstood but never said manicure since i had cut my nails down to the bone. She charged me for manicure and full set $50. I came back for touch up after 2.5 weeks and was charged about same price for touchup. It should have been less than $40. The site shows full set as $22, but sometimes they trick you by saying your nails grew more than 2 weeks so they can charge more. That is a rip off. PLEASE BE...read full review
