Had an absolutely amazing experience at Serendipity! Tamara was attentive and a calming presence during the hydrafacial and lip filler treatments. I had a lot of anxiety about getting the filler as I am “slightly” afraid of needles but she made sure I felt safe and that I was informed of everything going on at the time. She also made sure to review a skin care routine that would work for my sensitive skin!! She went above and beyond!

All products sold here are verified authentic. We have sold over hundreds of labubus and had no issue ever, as we guarantee that everything is authentic. She had bought real labubus from us months ago and tried to come back today for a return. When she came in, it was obvious that the it had been swapped out with three fake ones. She brought in three fake labubus from elsewhere to try to get a refund for us. Pictures for reference will be included (the boxes we sell compared to the boxes she tried to return).

She's a one woman show and has one on one appointments at her cute ocean themed salon. I believe she's accepting new clients at the moment, which means the fight for the next appointment continues! I think Steph has chatted with me through so many phases of my life, and each visit is like a friend catchup session. I've tried numerous places around Pleasanton, but now I don't go any where else. It's small and quiet, can read a book or talk to Ahn. She's the only technician and does a nice job. Pedicure in about 30 minutes.
I went in today 11/6 to get my nails done and a pedicure. They did such a good job. I loved my nails. My niece came with me and she loved her nails and feet. I will be returning back to this place, and I will be bringing my mom too.

The 5 stars is for the attention to detail for my polish. I've been to plenty of nail salons over the 20 years, and I have to give it to Kim, the tech who was meticulous with the polish and polish clean up. I appreciate her working hard to make my toes look good, rather than treating me like any other number customer. I got the basic pedi, $35, and it was perfect for someone who hibernates over the winter. The shop was buzzing, all the ladies are hard working, none of the techs behaved burnt out. Very clean, great massage chairs. I'll be back!

I am very particular about where I get my hair done so after my longtime salon retired it was stressful thinking about the next place to go!! I have thin frizzy n frazzled hair, blonde, so its hard to cut and style in a flattering way that doesnt look flat. But oh no, here the lady (forgot her name) did a fine job in adding layers for volume n cut to just the right length, topped off with beautiful styling. She gave good styling tips for home too and everyone was just super nice..!! ill be back in a few months dhe to the excellent services really thank you for a great first visit

Amy is an amazing esthetician! My microdermabrasion and enzyme facial was incredible. I was worried that my skin would be a bit sensitized but the products she used really nourished my skin barrier and my skin is so noticeably smoother. Nothing felt rushed, her massaging put me in and out of sleep, and her extractions were SO gentle. I definitely recommend.

This was my first time at Modern Muse and it certainly won’t be my last. First of all, Kamaria was extremely kind and accommodating. I made a mistake and was running late for my appointment and she was flexible with me around her existing appointments.
When I arrived, the space was clean and beautiful and everything felt very sanitary - no clutter or disorganization.
I got three services: 30 minute express whitening, a medium sized tooth gem, and eyebrow shaping. I’ve never had my teeth h whitened nor have I ever gotten a tooth gem and Kamaria was extremely thorough. She explained each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My only recommendation would be to ask questions before booking so that you can book the right thing for what you’re looking for. For me, I probably should have booked an hour for the whitening service but I booked first and asked questions later. Even with that she accommodated me, lightened my teeth by several shades and recommended that I return in four weeks (which I will). She also provided honest and professional advice on which size tooth gem I should get to match my style and preferences without being too over the top.
Once my teeth were done she moved on to brows. I’ve had a hard time finding someone to shape my brows the way I like for at least a decade. I didn’t have any photos, but I provided her with a verbal descriptions and she NAILED IT.
I am so pleased with this business and I will definitely be a repeat customer. She’s organized, on-time, and conveniently located right off the beltway. Five stars from start to finish!

Here's where they really went above and beyond: I was having a Waterdrop X12 reverse osmosis system installed under my sink, and after installation, we discovered the faucet was faulty and wouldn't turn off. Tim immediately jumped on a call with the manufacturer's customer support and helped troubleshoot the issue. Together, they determined the faucet was defective, and the company sent a replacement.
When the new faucet arrived a week later, they returned and installed it completely free of charge - even though the faulty faucet was absolutely not their fault. This level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.

Mike and his team did a terrific job removing asbestos tiles from my garage floor and painting the garage ceiling. They were very efficient and worked hard to remove floor tiles stuck tight to the cement floor. I'd recommend them to anyone who has a difficult removal issue.
I found some water damaged siding outside my kitchen sink area. A plumber said it was likely the sink drain, but because of the siding, it was beyond his capability. He recommended Debernardi. Debernardi responded quickly to my call and assessed the situation, agreeing with the plumber about the problem. They scheduled a repair in a few days, but had to delay due to a COVID watch limiting their personnel available. We rescheduled for the following week. A worker and Jeff, the owner, came on time (7:45am). We discussed the job, and I said do it for time at $134/hour and materials. The worker removed the siding, fixed the leak, replacing some plastic pipe, put on new siding and repainted (I had some exterior house paint), all by 2:30 pm. They did a fine job. Everyone from Bernardi knew what they were doing, and did what they said they would do.

Cardinal and a few other firms were recommended to us by my local insurance branch. We had water damage from a major storm this year and needed repairs to high-end home. Cardinal proved to be a professional team starting from the bid to scheduling through work completion. We had bids from other contractors but went with Cardinal due to an honest bid accepted by State Farm. After their work, everything looks like new, they matched our paint and texture, custom carpentry, etc. The crew cleaned up each night and moved back our furniture and reinstalled our fixtures. The work was complete in about two weeks. No surprises. Highly recommend.
TriValley Construction did an amazing job reframing our kitchen wall, replacing windows and adding a small porch covering with a shingled roof. Their work in demo, framing, roofing, stucco, drywall and painting was all impeccable. Steve even had them retexture a section that we could have lived with but he thought should be better! The crew was clean, friendly and efficient, and I gladly recommend them and would hire them again!
Chad was very professional and provided a lot of expertise for what would look good in our home. He communicated with us in all aspects of the project and was always punctual. His custom work and attention to detail was amazing and we are so happy with our beautiful staircase railing!
We had Tom and his crew do our entire renovation. Tom was an all inclusive contractor who handled every single little request we had and didn’t make it a headache or a constant back and forth. He understood our questions and concerns and always addressed them while doing the work. Tom’s guys are all great to have around and easy to talk to as well, they all communicate to each other. At no point did we feel anything but like he was doing a job for a friend not just a customer. We renovated the entire home, plumbing, and electrical. We had a complex steel beam to put in and Tom had it done quickly and without issues. He provided on the spot design question help and would always tell us what he would do if it were his house when we were unsure. He didn’t slam us with change orders when we had little add ons, and his overall rate and cost were beyond reasonable for the quality of work he and his guys do. On top of that, he helped us build relationships with some of his own vendors and sources which have helped us in the long run. He has come back to help us whenever we asked and never made it a painful process. You can see in the photos posted he took our original house to one we can’t even think about moving out of. Tom and his crew had our entire house done in less than 6 months.
I can't recommend Daniel & team highly enough. I've been working with them since 2020 when we purchased a new to us home that needed major renovations to make things safe, livable, functional and beautiful. 4 major projects later (breezeway/bathroom, master suite, deck/patio room and most recently, garage conversion to a dining/music room), I continue partnering with Triangle because of the quality of work and their trustworthiness. I've been so pleased with how my home has transformed into what was in my mind's eye the day I set foot in it for the first time. For me, the mark of a good project and the right GC is not that everything runs perfectly (because renovations rarely do), but what happens when there is an unexpected issue or hiccup. We've navigated a bunch of these, but we always get to an action plan that makes sense for both of us without drama or battles. I trust Daniel and team to get us to the finish line, and plan to use the team again when we finally tackle the kitchen. Greg & I are so appreciative of this team!
Huge ant problem before starting service with Bay Pest Solution. Zero ants since - probably 4 years or so. We use their quarterly service. Technician is knowledgeable, kind, takes feedback, answers questions and goes out of his way to do a great job.
The service was on time and performed a great and accurate inspection. He found places that are causing some issues, took the pictures and made recommendations.
As a 40 plus year Realtor and property mgr i have used several similar companies and none has provided the top level of service they do. I highly recommend this company.
We were overrun by ants for weeks and tried everything available to get rid of them to no avail. I called Clayton pest control and they were amazing…extremely friendly, courteous and very professional. We had a very tight schedule but Eric thankfully made it work for us. Thankfully 99.9% of the ants were gone the next day and by the second day there were none! I highly and unequivocally recommend Clayton Pest Control!!!!
Jeff did some artificial turf on a very challenging slope at our house. Came out great. He spent the time to get the drainage right so it wouldn't lead to other issues. Very attention to detail oriented.
He's now at our new house landscaping and hardscaping about 3 acres.
We needed shared fence built because the posts on the existing had cracked. We called for an estimate and the following day Mario was out to give us a quote. He was professional and personable. He took the time to speak with our neighbors and explained our options. We agreed on using steel posts. Mario made what could have been awkward into a fun amicable agreement. The crew arrived on time and the tear down and new fence were done by 2:30. They are quick and accurate, building the fence with precision. It looks magnificent! No mistakes here, we'll worth every penny. Thank you Mario and crew.

I usually only go to the Dentist to get my teeth cleaned, but I recently had my crown come off, and had to make a trip to get it replaced. Dr Selleck was able to save my old crown by cleaning it up, and was able to cement it back on beautifully! The staff is always super friendly, and I have to give a shout out to my amazing hygienist Wendy! They are all great, and very caring!
By far the best dentist experience I've ever had. From someone with a cracked molar, braces, and a terrible wisdom teeth removal experience, sustainable smiles was a dream. This team is attentive, kind, and sensitive to your needs. The first time I went to get a few cavities fixed the girls had me laughing and joking despite the drilling for the fillings and the second time I almost fell asleep while they were working. Absolutely wonderful place, could not recommend more. If you've been on the fence and looking around for a different/new dentist, you've found the right place.

So grateful I was introduced to Merro Health, I would recommend them 100 percent. I have been looking for solutions to address TMJ symptoms for years, and I am happy to report my pain has gone from a level 10 to a level 1 within months of visiting Merro Health. I'm also a chiropractor, so to take care of my body, I have to see someone else. I've known Dr Renee Bartlett for many years (since she was in Berkeley and we connected over having the same last name - no relation) but since she moved to Pleasanton, I didn't have as much contact with her. Well, we recently saw each other at a Continuing Education seminar, and since we both have a focus working with families, and my local chiropractor was on vacation, I wanted to visit her office and experience her treatment style.
She treated me a few days ago and I was so impressed by her beautiful and very clean office, and the fact that the appointments before and after me were adults with their kids. I love seeing families getting care together! Also, she practices the Gonstead Technique which is very precise and very specific so I knew I was in good hands. Her adjustments felt like just what I needed, with the right amount of force. I highly recommend her to everyone, from babies, to adults in their 50’s (like me).
Highly recommended! This Chiropractic clinic is so awesome. Dr. H took an xray of my spine and found out exactly what was going on with me. I've been having breathing problems since giving birth and he could see my spine crunching the cords going to my lungs. Even after 1 adjustment I was able to breathe again! It feels so great having someone help me! I have gone to so many doctors who told me to "practice breathing". The clinic is conveniently close and has perfectly hours for my family. Dr.H and his receptionist are really nice to. I highly recommend this place!
I have been coming to Turning Pint Chiropractic for about 2 years. I started coming because I have degenerative bones in my cervical area. I have 3 titanium plates and 6 screws between C4-C6. I am trying to avoid a 4th surgery and so far Dr. Arnold has helped tremendously with that. His adjustments has created significant relief. He knows exactly how to adjust my back and neck area without even mentioning to him the areas that have been bothersome. The office is very clean. The team is superfriendly. I highly recommend this office for your chiropractic needs.

I'm about 4 weeks post-op from carpal tunnel surgery and initially planned to see a PT, but due to scheduling delays (3-4 weeks out), I was dealing with pain and stiffness at the base of my palm from built-up scar tissue. I found Dr. Asturias through Yelp and I'm so glad I did! He clearly has deep expertise in breaking down scar tissue to promote healing. Over the past 4-5 weeks, I've had 7-8 sessions with him. Each one starts with wrist adjustments and stretching, followed by Graston therapy to break up scar tissue and improve circulation, and ends with light therapy to accelerate healing. I won't lie--each session is painful (feels like torture at times!), but I see noticeable results within a day or two. When I first saw him, I couldn't even push press a 10lb dumbbell or squat because I couldn't bend my wrist back. Also, I was feeling immense pain at the base of the palm with any contact. After just a few sessions, I was pressing my pre-surgery weight and squatting again without pain. Dr. Asturias is incredibly skilled, thorough, and down to earth--super easy to talk to and makes the whole process efficient. Making appointments is a breeze--everything is done through their online portal, which makes it super easy to schedule or reschedule as needed. My wrist is almost fully recovered now, but I continue to go back because I keep seeing incremental gains after each visit. Highly recommend him if you're recovering from surgery or dealing with stubborn scar tissue!
I am a bit upset. Six months before I went to see Good Chiropractic I went to my Doctor with a sore right hip, knee and foot. They took X rays, MRI, sent me to physical therapy and every time I brought up going to a Chiropractor they talked me out of it. In that six months my hip got worse and worse to the point by the end of the day I could barely walk or stand. The Doctor started talking about the S word "Surgery". I decided to go to a Chiropractor and my wife had gone to Good years before and was very happy with her experience. One thing the Doctor kept warming me about was Chiropractors want to sign you up for routine maintenance contracts, irony fades in they had me going twice weekly physical therapy, and blah blah blah. As soon as I walked in Dr. Good said I was standing crooked and leaning to my right side. He chatted with me on what was bothering me and gave me a 10 or 15 minute adjustment from my feet to my neck. When I left I didn't feel that much different but by the end of the day the pain had not gotten any worse. By the next day the pain in my right hip, knee and foot was 85-90% gone. My foot was a little numb and sore but usually by the end of the day I could not even walk or stand and this has been going on for 6 months. After 3 days my hip was about 90-95% pain free and as was my knee. My foot was still a little bit of an issue so I went back again and has since improved a bit as well. At know time did Dr. Good ever mention a subscription maintenance program. Up front he said I probably needed several adjustments and that should be enough and at most come back couple times a year as needed. I am upset with my Doctor and very pleased with Dr. Good. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. Please don't wait six month in pain like I did. I just took my teenage daughter there for hip pain today and am hoping she has a good experience also.

Brought Fred in for allergies, red skin from scratching, and rabies shot. Everyone was so sweet with Fred, our terrier/dachshund/poodle/ Heinz 57 mix, with really bad anxiety, and a snapper. When Dr. Alexander came in and put her hands on Fred, he immediately stopped shaking. Incredible! She's been our family vet for as long as she's been at Alisal, and is very knowledgeable and kind.

Thai is an amazing talented person! I have been suffering from sciatica since 2019 where it shifted to both sides! I found Thai randomly and he has been able to relieve my sciatica pain and has helped the pain in my neck and back. The massage studio is super nice and clean, I cannot say enough good things about Thai and his studio!

He knows the body’s neuromuscular structure and function extremely well. He finds muscles that need attention better than I can tell him where I need it. Seriously… best massage for your body that you will experience. It’s totally worth a try. I’ve made many referrals who agree with me. Everyone needs to recover, repair, rejuvenate and relax.
Shawn is the most skilled massage therapist I've ever encountered. A professional who carries the right credentials and certifications to assure you of her abilities. She also participates in continuing education to maintain her knowledge and ability. As an athlete I push my body pretty hard and there is no one else who knows how to treat the aches and pains I develop. Hips, back, shoulders, legs, etc. You'll be glad you made the appointment.
I have been coming here for a couple of years, and Ada is wonderful. I work on my computer all day and ride my bicycle a lot, so my back has a lot of tension and knots. Ada is a small woman with some strong hands, and she is great at getting out all those knots and helping me to relax.
Afterward, it is nice to just stroll around downtown Pleasanton, relax, and enjoy the scenery.

Michelle is the best massage therapist I have EVER had - like by leagues. I want to keep her a secret because she's so great, but every time I leave, I just can't believe how good she is. I am an Ironman triathlete who has struggled with a lot of back injuries in the last two years, and this therapy treatment is the best I've found in town--after trying a lot of places. The wife of a cycling teammate sent me here on referral, and I am ever so thankful. I basically need serious acupressure/massage treatments every two weeks, at most, so finding a reliable, steady therapist is key to keeping me swimming, biking, and running. This is the place. Prices are relatively normal, too: $1/minute, really. The hours are convenient during the week, too, so I can be free on the weekends to do my training workouts. Highly recommend!

Highly effective! If you think medication is your only option, please try a few sessions here!! They do acupressure, cupping, acupuncture, they determine whatever you need and do it all in the same session.
I've been a patient of Seishindo Acupuncture for almost 30 years including my two daughters when they were young. Miki's practice is highly professional, in her care for her patients, in keeping up with the state of the art updates of the field through annual training with her "master teacher" in Japan, and in the pristine cleanliness of the treatment rooms. She is also knowledgeable of Chinese herbology and complements acupuncture with herbs for a holistic approach. Seishindo Acupuncture uses a Japanese method and uses thinner needles. The approach is concerned with treating the root of the problems and not just symptoms. E.g. She treated my daughter around 4 years old for asthma and food allergies by focusing on strengthening her immune system. She does not take insurance but her rates are reasonable!

I wasn't sure what I had done to my back but it was unbelievably uncomfortable. I am 44 and hadn't experienced anything like it before. I was ready to try anything. My wife found Ben and after a few massage and acupuncture appointments, I'm back to good. Ben is awesome. Could not recommend enough.
