From start to finish, my implant experience was handled with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The dentist made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and took the time to explain what was happening, which truly helped ease my nerves.
I especially want to recognize Ciara, the assistant who was with me when I was put to sleep and who was also there when I woke up. Having the same caring face before and after the procedure meant more than I can say. She was incredibly calming, reassuring, and attentive, and made a stressful moment feel safe.
