I found some water damaged siding outside my kitchen sink area. A plumber said it was likely the sink drain, but because of the siding, it was beyond his capability. He recommended Debernardi. Debernardi responded quickly to my call and assessed the situation, agreeing with the plumber about the problem. They scheduled a repair in a few days, but had to delay due to a COVID watch limiting their personnel available. We rescheduled for the following week. A worker and Jeff, the owner, came on time (7:45am). We discussed the job, and I said do it for time at $134/hour and materials. Everyone at DeBernardi Development has been amazing! My husband and I had been trying to get in contact with contractors for months and no one would call us back or once they heard of the jobs we needed they would disappear and never contact us again. I found DeBernardi Development on Yelp and they have been great. I was first contacted by Jeff and he was very helpful and he connected me with Tom, who is excellent. I have bothered Tom and talked his ear off every time he came out to my house for the project and he has offered advice and been patient and also very quick to answer any questions I had.
