Mr will Abe answered my ad on next door. I returned his call and he came out as soon as he could which was 2 days early then the schedule appointment. Awesome! I've had Clark and Brooks come out before and Will was amazed at all the places they had missed like the dryer vent, there was an open vent on the roof, there was an open hole at the door frame coming into the house and so they wired all the open areas and sprayed pheromone in the Attic so the future rats won't come in. It's called sanitizing the Attic. For $300. They also set traps more traps and said I can call him anytime I want or need to call them to remove any rodents or discuss any other problems. Huge ant problem before starting service with Bay Pest Solution. Zero ants since - probably 4 years or so. We use their quarterly service. Technician is knowledgeable, kind, takes feedback, answers questions and goes out of his way to do a great job.
