I had Jazz come out twice today to help with both HVAC and Plumbing inquiries. Sergio (HVAC) was very knowledgeable and though there wasn't a solution, he shared some thoughts and took the time to explain in detail what my options might be. James (Plumbing) was fantastic as well and helped investigate some water flow issues. Despite the challenging setup of my bathroom, he was able to creatively get access to parts of the fixture and determined the issue. Will definitely call them again in the future.
Carlos arrived on time, did an awesome job, detected the problem (which was not a plumbing problem), was personable, efficient, and kind. Winning combination. At a company where I worked for many years, we had an expression, "A customer problem is an Amdahl problem". We worked to diagnose the problem no matter the vendor source. Carlos, you Rock!.
