I have had the best experiences with the Pleasanton Family Wellness Center. Kathleen gives relaxing and effective MASSAGES using several methods depending on my needs that day to leave me feeling wonderful and relaxed when I leave. Among others she uses lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, reiki and reflexology.
Several years ago, I also took advantage of the blood testing and CELLULAR LEVEL analysis to determine the supplements needed to keep my body in good shape moving forward. The SUPPLEMENTS are conveniently available from the Wellness Center, as well.
