The crew is clean, friendly, efficient, respectful, and easy to work with. They are professional, ethical, and give honest advice with clear communication. Projects are completed on schedule with good pricing and no hidden costs. Their work is impeccable, exactly as envisioned, and they are highly recommended.
Steve/ Tri-Valley Construction was excellent and I’d comfortably give them 5 stars. A few things stood out in particular:
1. Pre-project consultation: Before we signed, they spent time walking through the scope, explaining the process, and setting realistic expectations for a structural remodel. That helped a lot since it was our first time doing something of this scale.
2. Clear short-term planning: During the project they regularly gave us a heads-up on what to expect over the next 2–3 days, which made it much easier to plan around construction and avoid surprises.

I just purchased a house and the previous owner had Tri-Valley Construction re-pipe the house. Unfortunately, there was a water leak caused by a faulty product. When I called Tri-Valley Construction about the leak they immediately got someone out to take care of the issue. The next day they came back and replaced all the faulty products that were installed just in case.
I’m very happy with their service and will definitely be calling them in the future for my renovation needs!
I couldn’t be happier with the remodel Tri-Valley Construction did on my master bathroom. The project included a new window, toilet, vanity, walls, flooring—everything—and the results are beautiful. He was incredibly patient while I took my time choosing materials and finishes, never rushing me and always offering helpful guidance.
Just as important, he was reasonable and stayed within my budget, which I truly appreciated. The quality of the work is excellent, and his crew was professional, respectful, and great to have in my home. They showed up when they said they would and paid attention to every detail.
