We were referred to Alfredo & his team, and called them when our Mom's water heater needed to be replaced. They did an excellent job in a quick time frame. They also noticed water pressure issues while replacing the heater, and after a full inspection of the house plumbing, brought issues to our attention which made us realize a full re-pipe of her house was in order. Again, the team did an excellent job with a quick turnaround - less than 4 days. They explain every step of what they're doing, use quality materials, work quickly yet with competence, fair/market-appropriate pricing - they know their stuff. We had an emergency at our store here in Pleasanton. They came out within a few hours to inspect, then returned the very next morning and fixed our pipes. Highly recommend to everyone! We are extremely happy with their service, and will now only call Ortiz for future issues! Call them first! You won't be disappointed!

I was looking for a good plumber recently. We have an older house, original galvanized water pipes, and low water pressure. We got together with Ortiz Plumbing to discuss our copper re-pipe project. Alfredo’s knowledge, experience, and friendly demeanor were the first things I noticed. Alfredo and his crew, who were awesome, started the job later that week, and completed the job in2 1/2 days. All new copper pipe, fittings, connections, and patched and taped the holes in the walls. They also noticed a drain leak under the kitchen, and came back another day to fix that too.
